摘要
应用运动超声心动图检测124名健康儿童及青少年在运动前后左心室收缩和舒张功能的变化.结果显示:①运动后心率和心搏量明显增加,故心脏指数亦显著增高;心搏量增加与心肌收缩力指数增大及收缩末期左心室室壁应力下降有关.②运动后左心室等容舒张期缩短.舒张早期快速充盈率增高,二尖瓣血流E峰、A峰及其积分均增高,说明左心室主动和被动舒张性能于运动时增强以维持左心室充盈量.该项检测适于5岁以上儿童及青少年.
Systolic and diastolic functions of left ventricle were both measured before and after bicycle exercise by using echocardiography in 124 normal subjects aged 5~19 years.The results owed that cardiac output index increased significantly after exercise,which was due to the augmentation of heart rate and stroke volume.The stroke volume increased because of the increase of myocardial contractility and the decrease of end-systolic wall stress of left ventricle.After exercise,the isovolumic relaxation time shortened;while the peak early filling rate of mitral flow augmented;and the increases of peak E velocity,peak A velocof left ventricle were improved to maintain mitral filling during exercise.The conclusion is that exercise echocardiography can be carried out in children above 5 years old to detect cardiac dysfunction.
