摘要
烧伤后心脏功能明显抑制可能与心肌细胞器质性损害有关。作者利用大鼠30%Ⅲ度烧伤模型,研究了烧伤对心肌组织三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性和钙离子含量的影响。结果表明,烧伤大鼠心肌组织Na ̄+,K ̄+-ATPase,Ca ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)-ATPase以及Ca ̄(2+)-ATPase活性均明显降低。而心肌组织钙离子含量和丙二醛水平却明显升高。提示烧伤后心肌存在着能量代谢异常和离子泵功能障碍,造成心肌细胞反常性钙超载,进而导致心肌器质性损伤。
AbstractThe myocardial ATP ase activitv and Ca ̄(2+) contentwere investigated in rats with full thickness skin burn injury of 30%TBSA. The results showed that therewere significant inhibitions of Na ̄+,K ̄+-ATPase ,Ca ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)-ATPase, and Ca ̄(2+)-ATPase activities of my-ocardium after burn injury. The burn injury could re-sult in increase of calcium content in mvocardium. Burned rats also had a higher level of MDA in heart tis-sue when compared to controls.This studv demonstrates that the membrane defects with respect to AT-Pase activity,oxygen free radical,and Ca ̄(2+) overload inmyocardium may be associated with daniage of my-ocardium after burns.
