摘要
为了证实脂肪乳剂是否影响免疫细胞功能,作者采用体外研究、单次剂量研究和复合剂量研究方法,并通过荧光偏振法测定外周血淋巴细胞膜流动性。结果表明脂肪乳剂的应用不引起人体淋巴细胞膜流动性的改变。这可能是细胞膜脂成份无改变或细胞自身调节的结果。
AbstractWe observed the effect of 10%intralipid on themembane fluidity of lymphocytes by means of fluores-cent polarizatiOn measurement.After in vitro incuba-tion with intralipid in concentration 0,10, 20mg/ml,thelymphocytes from healthy adult blood showed nochanges in the membrane fluidity(P>0. 05).In vivo,the membrane fluidity of lymphocytes did not altersignificantly during and after infusion of 500ml 10%in-tralipid at a speed of 100ml per hour into healthv adult(P>0. 05).The level of blood triglyceride was elevat-ed significantly during the infusion(P<0.01),but de-creased rapidly after the infusion。With 500ml per dayof infusion(contral group ),the surgical patientsshowed significant decrease in membrane fluidity oflymphocytes after operation(P<0.01).But there wasno significant difference between the study group andcontrol group. The membrane fluidity might be affect-ed by many factors。One of them is membrane lipid。Intralipid mainly contains triglycerides composed ofpolysaturated fatty acids and lecithin as emulsifier。The result showed that intralipid may neither alter thelipid composition of lymphocytes membrane nor themembrane fluidity。Furthermore, in case of modula-tion of membrane lipid composition by intralipid oc-curs,cellular self-regulation may be accomplished byfatty acid synthesis to keep the,membrane fluidity sta-ble。
