摘要
应用免疫组织化学方法检测４０例不同类型甲状腺肿瘤中增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ／Ｃｙｃｌｉｎ）的表达，结果发现：ＰＣＮＡ的阳性表达率在结节性甲状腺肿为１．１３％、甲状腺腺瘤为６．１５％、乳头状癌为６．５５％、滤泡癌为６．６７％、未分化癌为２３％。提示ＰＣＮＡ阳性反应可以反映甲状腺肿瘤的临床生物学行为。
40 cases
of thyroid neoplasm of varioustypes were investigated immunohis-tochemically using ABC
technique with anti-proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA/cy-clin)antibody. The result showed
that differ-entiated carcinoma displayed a significantlyhigher percentage(P<0.01)of
PCNA-positivecell(23.00%),than follicular carcinoma(6.67%),papillary carcinoma(6.
50%)adeno-ma(6.15%)and nodular goiter(1. 13%).Thestudy suggests the PCNA is an important
clin-ical biologic index in the evaluation of the thy-roid neoplasms.
