摘要
采用多重聚合酶链反应技术,在一个反应中同时加入3对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)型特异性引物,1次可完成3个型别HPVDNA扩增。其结果显示,在有HPV感染的样品中,HPV16占72.7%,HPV18占16.4%,其他型占10.9%,从正常宫颈上皮细胞到宫颈癌变细胞,HPV16DNA检出率随病变程度的加重而增加(8.8%-22.2%-60%),反映了宫颈癌与HPV16感染关系密切;在正常宫颈和良性病变宫颈上皮细胞中未检出HPV18,而在恶性细胞中占16.4%;宫颈癌患者经钻放疗后,细胞内HPV16检出率降低(60%-25%,P<0.01)而HPV18S仍维持同一水平(16.4%-18.8%,P>O.05)。提示HPV18感染不仅与宫颈癌发生有关,而且与部分癌复发和不良预后有关。
HPV6,11,16,18 infections were found in female genital tract.With common polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methed,many types of HPV were reproduced one by one with different types of specific primers, The procedure was complex and time amplification reaction.The results showed that:①HPV16 was predominant,HPV18 ranked the second,and HPV6 was found of HPV16 in cervical cancer went down,but that of HPV18 remained the same.It suggested a close relations between HPV16,18 and cervical cancer.HPV18 may be responsible to the recurrence rapid progress of cervical cancer.
