棘胸蛙的人工催产、卵子孵化及蝌蚪培育环境条件的初步研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文介绍人工模拟棘胸蛙繁殖生态条件,进行棘胸蛙人工催产、卵子孵化和蝌蚪培育环境条件的初步研究结果。在水泥池内催产雌蛙30只,平均催产率为33.3%;在泥土池内催产雌蛙36只,平均催产率为94.4%;在水泥池内流水孵化的平均孵化率为80.7%,在盆内静水孵化的平均孵化率为40%,在玻璃缸内静水充气孵化的平均孵化率为60%,在水泥池和泥土池流水培育蝌蚪的平均成活率为95%,在盆缸内静水培育蝌蚪的平均成活率为49%。水温在18~19℃对,从卵子受精到孵化出苗需要432~456小时。繁殖用水为山泉水,水温在15.5~22℃之间,Do 在7.2mg/L 以上,pH 值在5.4~5.8之间,水的硬度为0.841,含铁量为0.91mg/L。 This paper introduces a preliminary research result of the ari- tificial inducing spawning, sprawn's incubation and the conditions of breeding of the tadpole of Rana spinosa David on aritificial simulation eco- logy condition of natural prapagation of Rana spinosa David. In the cement pond, we experimented on 30 female frogs with this method. The average rate of ovulation was 33.3%. In earth pond, we experimented on 36 fema- te frogs with this method. The average rate of ovulation was 94.4%. In the cement pond, the average rate of incubation was 80.7%, In the dish, the average rate of incubation was 40%. In the glass container, the a-, erage rate of incubation was 60%. In the cement pond and earth pondv the average survive rate of tadpole was 95%. In the dish and glass con- tainer, the average survive rate of tadpole was 49%. It would take 432 to 456 hours from being fertilized to being incubated. The water used for breeding must be mountain spring water and its temperature should keep between 15.5 to 22℃, Do is above 7.2mg/L, pH value is 5.4 to 5.8. The hardness of water is 0.841. The content of Fe is 0.9mg/L.
