摘要
报道了扇形磁分析器的计算机辅助设计.特点是:利用离子束倾斜入射与出射实现双向聚焦;采用非均匀磁场修正二级象差;适当减小极靴宽度并附加磁垫片,实现了磁场成形。
The computer-aided design of a magnetic-sector analyser of mass spectrometer was presaled. The characteristics of the design are, double-direction focusing obtained with appropriate incident and exit angles of the ion beam) secoad-order aberration correction realized by inhomogeneous magnetic field with non-zero second-order field coefficient; and field distribution shaped by properly reducing the width of the magnetic pole with magnetic shims. According to the design., it is possible to manufacture a small highsensitivity mass spectrometer, with orbit radius of 5 cm and resolving power up to 160 (assuming the exit slit width of the ion source to he 0,01 cm).
