P53、Rb抑癌基因突变产物在前列腺癌中的表达 被引量:1

P53 and RB mutation expression in prostatic carcinoma

摘要 用P53和Rb,通过免疫金-银染色方法,对30例前列腺癌及20例前列腺增生症进行检测。结果显示:前列腺癌P53、Rbc15的阳性率分别为60.0%和50%,前列腺增生症仅有10%和15%,二者之间有显著性差异。前列腺正常组织阳性率P53和Rb为0,与肿瘤区比较P<0.001;30例前列腺癌中,有10例P53和Rb同为阳性,P53在低分化和未分化癌中阳性表达明显高于高分化腺癌(P<0.01) cases of carcinoma and 20 cases of hyperplasia of prostate were examined to observe the expression of P53 and RB C-15 anti-oncogene with immunogold silver staining technique,The positive expressions of P53 and RB were 77.77% and 50%respectively for prostatic cancer and were l0%and l5%respectively for hyperplastic prostate.There was neither P53 nor RB expression In the normal prostate region.A significant difference of these expressions between prostatic cancer and hyperplastic prostate(P<0.001)was noted.in addition,of these 30 cases,10 yielded positive expression for both P53 and RB anti-oncogene.P53 and RB positive expressions were obviously stronger in poorly differentiated and undifferentiated carcinoma than in highly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
