摘要
报道３１例Ｋｌｉｎｅｆｅｌｔｅｒ综合征患者，其中染色体核型４７ＸＸＹ２０例，４６ＸＹ／４７ＸＸＹ嵌合型１０例，４８ＸＸＸＹ１例．内分泌检查１７例患者中１５例Ｔ低于正常值（８８．２％），１０例Ｅ２高于正常值（５８．８％），ＬＨ９例高于正常值（５２．９％）ＩＳＨ有７例升高（４１．１％）．
Thirty-one cases of Klinefelter's syndrome were reported.Chromosomal analysis of the peripheral blood revealed 47XXY karyotype in 20,46XY/47XXY mosaicism occuring in 10 and one of them being 48XXXY karyotype. Endocrine examination showed that T levels were depressed in 15 of 17 cases(88.2%), E_2 levels elevated in 10(58.8)%, LH and FSH levels elevated in 9 of 17(52.9%)and 7 (41.1%)respectively. The clinical manifestation and pathogenesis of Klinefelter's syndrome were discussed.
