摘要
12只成年杂种犬,观察了0.5、1.5MAC七氟醚对颅内压的影响。七氟醚吸入顺序A组:0.5→1.5 MAC,B组:1.5→0.5 MAC。结果表明:A组吸入0.5MAC七氟醚(呼末浓度)5、15、30分钟颅内压分别上升28%、16%、15%(P<0.01),吸入1.5MAC时分别上升37%(P<0.01)、11%、11%;B组吸入1.5MAC时颅内压分别上升49%、31%、23%(P<0.01),吸入0.5 MAC时其接近基础值;与正常PaCO2相比,吸入 0.5MAC七氟醚,过度通气后颅内压下降 13%(P=0.054),吸入1.5MAC时颅内压无显著性变化。结果提示:七氟醚对颅内压影响轻微;低吸入浓度保留了脑血管对CO2的反应性.高吸入浓度可能抑制脑血管对CO2反应性。
In order to assess the effects of 0. 5 and 1. 5 MAC of sevoflurane (Sevo ) on Intracranial Pressure (ICP),twelve dogs were randomly (livided Into group Ⅰ (n= 6 ) and group Ⅱ (n= 6). The 0. 5 and 1. 5 MAC of Sevo were inhaled in sequence in group 1 and in reverse order in group i. The end-tidal concentrations of Sevo and carbon dioxide were determined with an infrared analyzer. Cercbrosplnal fluid pressure (CSFP),acting as the parameter for ICP, was recored during normocapnia or hypocapnia, before administration (AD) of Sevo. 5, 15 and 30 mins following AD of Sevo at both concentrations .respectively. During normocapnia. ICP In group Ⅰ increased markedly with 0. 5 MAC of Sevo,and remained statistically unchanged (P>0. 05) following AD of 1. 5 MAC of Sevo,except for the increase at 5th min (P<0. 05 ),and ICP in group Ⅱ rose significantly with 1. 5 MAC of Sevo (P<0. 05 ) and kept stable with 0. 5 MAC of Sevo (P>0. 05 ). As compared with those during normocapnia,ICP decreased by 13 % with 0' 5 MAC o f Sevo,and did not change remarkblely with 1. 5 MAC of Sevo during hypocapnla. It is suggested that 0. 5 and 1. 5 MAC of Sevo produce the slight increase of ICP;cerebral vascular response to CO2 may remains normal during Inhalation of 0. 5 MAC of Sevo, but may be inhibilcd as level of Sevo is ascended to 1. 5 MAC.
