摘要
心脏直视手术患者25例分成两组,实验组在CPB前给予血小板抑制剂川芎嗪10mg/kg,结果发现:实验组血小板(plt)数在CPB中、后均高于同期对照组。对照组TxB2升高的程度高于同期实验组,TxB2/6-k-PGF1α在CPB中也显著升高(P<0.01);而实验组两者的比值则基本维持在术前水平。扫描电镜显示实验组过滤器等涤纶滤网上粘附的Pit明显减少。实验组平均动脉压无明显降低。本实验表明:川芎嗪能抑制Plt在人工材料上粘附,保存CPB中Plt的数量和功能。
Twenty--five patients were divided into two groups: control group, and test group receiving intravenous infusion with ligustrazini 10mg.kg-1 prior to cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). The results showed that the reduction of platelet (Pit) count and the elevation of TXB2 were markedly lower in test group as compared with those in control group during and after CPB (P<0. 05) The TXB2/6--k--PGFI. ratio increased dramatically during CPB in control group as compared with the one in test group(p<0. 05 ), which maintained at the preoperative level. Under scanning electronic microscopy it was showed that the amount of Pit adhering on polyester fiber in test group was much smaller than that in control group. The mean artery pressure did not decrease in test group. It suggests that intravenous ligustrazini can inhibit the deposition of Pit on artificial meterial and may be helpful to keep the Pit amount and function normal during CPB.
