摘要
低频脉冲电流刺激百会、风池、足三里、曲池穴位治疗老年脑血管性痴呆１８例，４周显效７例，进步８例，无效３例。治疗后ＨＤＳ及ＢＤＳ评分显著增加，无副作用，老年脑血管性痴呆可作为低频脉冲电流穴位刺激的有效适应证。
cases with senile cerebrovascviar dementia were treated with low frequency impulse current on Paihui-Fengch'ih and Zusanli-Ch'uch'ih acupoints respectively. It was 20 min per time, twice a day for 4 weeks. The result showed that the score of HDS and BDS increased, the score of BPRS and the level of triglycerides, total cholesterol and fibrnogen decreased after treatmet.7 cases were effective markedly and 8 were improved. It is suggested that this therapy is a safe and effective method for senile cerebrovascular dementia.
