摘要
建立了针对资源型城市全面小康社会的评价指标体系,并通过指标体系对黑龙江省的六个资源型城市进行了评价分析,发现这六个资源型城市建设全面小康社会中存在着经济基础差、各城市差距大、失业率高、科教水平偏低等问题,提出了大力发展经济、加强合作、健全社会保障体系、提高教育经费等对策。
This paper proposed an index evaluation system for analyzing the well-off society. Then the paper made an analysis of the current situations of the well-off society in those resource-cities in Heilongjiang province using this index system. It pointed out some problems existing in these cities and put forward some suggestions as to how to solve those problems.
