摘要
本文采用系统工程方法,为寿命型产品的可靠性管理建立了一个连续和离散模型,以用来预测和评估可靠性。供实现产品科学管理和小子样系统可靠性研究之用。
This paper, using the method of system engineering, establishes a continuous and a discrete model of the reliability management of life type products for predicting or evaluating their reliability, which are of importance for the scientific management of products and for the research of reliability of single subsample system. Especially, the stability concept is introduced into consideration of the reliability for material development and production. The opinions presented in the paper affirm that there exists a critical failure rate for any product system.
