摘要
目的探讨提高护理人员整体素质、专科理论、临床护理质量的有效方法。方法经过2年的探索和完善查房的管理系统,我院总结出一套具有自己特色的护理业务查房管理模式。结果全院护理人员的综合护理查房水平得到了进一步的提高,取得了明显的成效。结论护理业务查房是提高护理人员素质、业务水平的行之有效的方法。
Objective To probe the effective methods of improving nursing personnel holistic diathesis, theory of special course and quality of clinical nursing. Methods Through two years exploring, consummating management system of clinical round have been formed. We have formed a nurse examine operation mode of ourselves. Results The nursing round level of all our nursing personnel have been raised further, and gained obvious effect.Conclusions
