摘要
绿色壁垒的存在在其起因、发展和理论根据中均有其自身特有的正当性,而非一般所认识的仅是一种苛刻的非关税壁垒,其存在对我国产生了积极影响。
The author thinks green barriers' existence has special legitimacy according to its own origin, development and theoretical foundation, and it's not just a severe non-tariff barrier as common people thought. At the same time, the author analyses its positive influence on China.
