摘要
目的探讨社区护理对帕金森病人治疗效果及生活质量的作用。方法将本科收治帕金森病人分为社区护理组与对照组,前者在术后进行了约半年的社区护理。根据帕金森病诊断标准,对两组病人的治疗效果进行评价;采用生存质量(QQL)量表,量化他们的生活质量。运用统计软件SPSS10.0对样本进行配对t检验。结果两组病人治疗效果和生活质量差异显著,社区护理组明显优于对照组。结论对帕金森病人进行社区护理有利于缓解症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing upon treatment and life quality of patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods The patients with Parkinson’s disease were divided into two groups, including community nursing group and normal group. Patients in the community nursing group had been treated with community nursing for half a years after operation. According to the diagnostic criterion for Parkinson’s disease, the effects of treatment of two groups were determined. The scales of the quality of life were applied to measuring their quality of life. Paired-samples t test were applied to analyze the data using SPSS10.0 software. Results The effects of treatment and quality of life were significantly different between community nursing group and normal group. Those of community nursing group were obviously better than those of normal group. Conclusions The community nursing can relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease.
