摘要
目的探讨健康指南手册在心外科中应用的意义及效果。方法将400例心外科患者 机分为观察组和对照组各200例,对照组按常规进行入院、术前、术后、出院指导。观察组于入院当天 据患者病情发放健康指南手册,并演示指导。结果 观察组健康指导达标率及出院后遵医行为明显 于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05,P<0.01,差异有显著性意义。结论健康指南手册的应用能使患者 到连续的康复指导,有利于疾病早日康复。
Objective To probe the effects and importance of applying health guide handbook. Methods 400 cases of patients being hospitalized in cardiosurgery department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were given routing guides, including admission, pre-operation, postoperation and discharge guides. Patients in the observation group were given out health guide handbooks on the admission days according to the condition, then practicing the guides. Results The rate of reaching standard of health guide and action of obeying doctor ordering were better in the observation group, P<0.05, P<0.01. Conclusions The health guide handbook can make the patients receive continuous rehabilitation guidance, and it is benefit to the recovery of diseases.
