摘要
护理专业决策研究是当前国际护理界关注的重点,本文对护理专业决策类型按护理工作 内容侧重点的不同进行了初步归类,认为其意义主要在于:有利于认识不同类型护理决策的特点,把握 决策的重点,促进决策类型的转化和确立护理决策研究的重点。
Research on decision making in nursing has been the hot topic in the international nursing field. According to the different emphasis of nursing work, types of decision making in nursing are classified, which is in favor of recognizing the characteristics and grasping the emphasis of decision making in nursing, and promoting the transformation between various types of decision making, as well as establishing the emphasis of the study on decision making in nursing.
