摘要
高度重视学生公寓等新型大学生组织的思想政治教育工作,是进一步加强大学生思想政治教育的重要要求。当前我国高等教育的改革和发展给高校学生公寓思想政治教育带来了新的挑战,也出现了新的问题,学生公寓思想政治教育工作要从制度创新、队伍建设、文化建设三方面入手来提高实效性。
To put great emphasis on the ideological education in the dormitory is an important requirement for the improve- ment of political education in colleges and universities. With the further reform and development of higher education, the ideological education in the dormitory of college students is faced with new challenges and problems. In order to increase its effectiveness, it is necessary to establish a new system, improve the quality of the instructors and develop a favorable cultural environment.
