摘要 在啮类动物体内植入骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)后,引起细胞内一系列生化和形态学变化,在植入物内和其周围形成新骨。这过程受多因素影响。本实验将重组人成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)与部分纯化的牛BMP悬液混合后注入小鼠肌肉,观察成骨反应。单独注射牛骨BMP组和bFGF组为对照。21天时在bBMP/bFGF组及单独bBMP组均有新骨形成,但bBMP/bFGF组的钙量是单独bBMP组的3倍(P值<0.01)并有较明显的血管增生现象。 Abstract Implantation of bone momorphogenetic protein(BMP) in rodents elicits a series of cellular events leading to the formation of new boneinside and adjacent to the im plants. It hasbeen suggested that local growth factors mayfurther regulate tke process once it has beeninitlated. The experiment was designed tostudy the effect of adding a growth factor tothe inductlve implant. 100ng of recombinantkuman basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) was added to tke suspension containing 4mg ofpartially purifled hBMP(group A) which wasinjected into muscle of mice. The other im-plants served as controls.They contained ei-ther 4mg of bBMP without BFGF(group B) or100ng of bFGF alone(group C).Bone forma-tion was induced in group A and B after 3weeks.The amount of mineralized tissue inthe implants of group A was 3 times greate rthan in tke group B(P<0.01).
