摘要
城市经营在中国一经提出就得到广泛运用和发展并不是偶然的．是多种因素共同作用的必然结果。其产生从理论源头来看是受到国际上的新公共管理运动和国内一些学者以及实践的影响。从历史背景来看是以城市化、市场经济以及经济全球化为基础。从现实情况来看是受到中国的制度改革所推动。
It is necessary that city management is introduced and developed widely in China because of the promotion of different kinds of factors .It is affected by new public manegement movement in theory and by native experts in practice. It is based on the urbanization,the market economy and the globlization of economy from history foundation. It is also promoted by the reformation of system from the current situations.
