摘要
随机选择由国外引进的萨福克、特克塞尔、德国肉用美利奴、无角道赛特和夏洛莱5个品种良种肉羊与小尾寒羊杂交所产10月龄和6月龄F1杂种羊21只进行屠宰试验研究。结果表明:各良种肉羊×寒羊杂交组合10月龄F1平均宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率、胴体眼肌面积和GR值指标显著大于滩羊×小尾寒羊组合F1(P<0.05);无角道赛特、夏洛莱分别与小尾寒羊杂交组合6月龄F1上述各项指标亦大于10月龄滩羊×小尾寒羊组合F1(P<0.05)。
The results suggested that the former five crossbreds were significantly superior to Han×Tan crossbsed in ten-month-old in the performance of living weight,carcass weight, net meat weight, striploin percentage,tenderloin percentage,ribeye percentage and GR index(P<0.05).And that six-month-old F_1 animals from Poll Dorset×Han Sheep and Charolais ×Han Sheep were much higher than ten-month-old F_1 animals to Han×Tan crossbsed in all above performance (P<0.05).All the results suggested that breed improvement taking the five overseas breeds as sire could enhance meat performance in Han Sheep.
