摘要
就麻/棉混纺纱织物的前处理工艺进行了探讨,简述了前处理及弹性恢复状态下的强度最小损失。对各化工料的用量及作用进行了分析和选择,尤其对麻杂质起去除作用的盐进行了详细说明。同时根据麻/棉纱的物况提出了“重煮轻漂”的实用性观点。麻/棉混纺织物是近年来国际市场上极为流行的一种面料,其用纱(麻/棉)混纺比为55∶45,织物特点为纹路清晰、新颖活泼、花型风格细腻、吸湿性强,是加工时装及衬衣的理想面料。麻/棉混纺纱的前处理和染色与棉相似,可适用于还原染料、活性染料、硫化染料等。
Approaching the pretreatment technology of L/C blended yarn,simplified depicting the minimum loss of strength character when dyeing pretreatment and its resuming flexibility. Analysing and selecting the function the dosage of each chemicals,especially giving a detailed introduction of salt which can remove impurtity during treatment.Also pointing out the practical standpoint 'concern boil more than fulling' in according to L/C blended yarn characters.L/C blended cloth is the very popular material at internatlonal market in recent years,the ratio in 55∶45 of linen and cotton.Its strongpoints are clear texture,novelty,dramatic,exquisite pattern and good moisture absorption,it is a ideal material for fashion dress and shirts.Similaring with cotton fabric dyeing pretreatment,deoxidant dyestuff、reactive dyestuff and sulide dyestuff can also be used for L/C blnded yarn,etc.
