摘要
应用放射免疫测定法(RIA)和酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测80例分娩前和分娩后6天,母亲血清及新生儿出生时脐血清,新生儿生后3天、6天血清中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、IgA、IgG、IgM和可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平。分为纯母乳喂养组(30例),混和喂养组(30例)和人工喂养组(20例)。结果:3组母亲分娩前后血清中SIgA、IsA、IgG、IgM、sIL-2R水平,差异均无显著性;生后6天新生儿血清与出生时脐血清中SIgA、IgA、IgM、sIL-2R水平相比,纯母乳喂养组明显高于人工喂养组。提示:纯母乳喂养可以提高新生儿体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。
bjective To determine 4 immunoglobulins and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R ) in mater-nal and neonatal serum, in order to study the immunological functions in the neonates.Methods 80 cases were divided into three groups:(1) breast feeding group(30 cases),(2)for-mula feeding group (20 cses),and(3) mixed feeding group(30 cases).Maternal serum was collected prior to deliverv and on the sixth dav after delivery,Neonatal serum was collected on the third and sixth day after delivery。Umbilical blood at birth was obtained also,Secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA),IgA,IgG,IgM and slL-2R levels in the sera were determined by radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Resul ts The SIgA,IgA,IgG,IgM and sIL-2R levles in maternal serurn were not significantly different among 3 groups, , while neonatal serum SIgA ,IgA,IgG, IgM and sIL- 2R levels on the sixth day after delivery in the breast feeding group were significantly higher than those in the formula breed-ing group(P<0. 001, P<0. 001,P<0. 05, P<0. 05)。Conclusion Breast feeding may improve neonatal humoral and cellular immunity.
