摘要
研究开发的阻燃聚丙烯专用料是以聚丙烯为基础树脂,添加阻燃、稳定等多种助剂,经熔融、混炼加工而成。试验结果表明,选用的B阻燃体系与聚丙烯材料的匹配性好,阻燃效果好,对其它性能影响较小;该专用料加工工艺简单,便于操作控制。
The special purpose fire retardant polypropylene was developed based on the basic polypropylene with the addition of many agents such as fire retardant and stability agents and then the process of melting and mixing. Experiment result indicated that the B fire retardant system had a good matching with polypropylene and the fire retardant efficiency was high, and it had little side effects to another performances. The process for preparation of this special purpose material was simple and easy to control.
