摘要
用红外光谱分析和季铵盐萃取研究了ZrDBP界面物在碳酸钠溶液中的溶解机理。结果表明,ZrDBP界面物在碳酸钠溶液中生成了能溶于水的配合阴离子Zr(CO3)4-4或ZrO(CO3)4-3,ZrDBP界面物溶解前后与纯HDBP的红外谱图相比,溶解液中DBP的P=O键的特征峰与纯HDBP的更为接近。说明界面物在溶解Na2CO3过程中,破坏了原有界面物的配合,DBP不再与Zr配合,而以自由离子形式存在。
The dissolution mechanism of Zr-DBP crud in Na2CO3 solution is studied by both infrared spectrum analysis and extraction of Zr-DBP cruds by quaternary ammonium salt in Na2CO3 solution. The results show that the main reason of crud dissolved in Na2CO3 solution is that a new complex ion, either Zr(CO3)44- or ZrO(CO3)34- or both, is formed by the complex of Zr and CO32-. Infrared analysis result shows that the peak of P=O double bond of Zr-DBP in Na2CO3 solution is closer to the peak of pure HDBP than to the peak of Zr-DBP crud. It shows that the organic complex is destroyed after crud is dissolved in Na2CO3 solution. DBP is not combined with Zr any more and exists as a free ion.
