摘要
研究了肠膜明串珠菌2个菌株WZ4-3和6055在不同培养条件下的生长特性,确定了2个菌株最适宜的培养条件。
Two strains of Leuconostoc, i.e. L. mesenteriodies subsp. dextranicum WZ4- 3 and L. mesenteriodies subsp. Mesenteriodies 6055, were used to investigate the influences of different culture conditions on their growth. An optimal environment supporting the growth of the two leu- conostoc strains was given.
