前列腺素抑制剂布洛芬对烧伤创面微循环影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 复制豚鼠标准深Ⅱ度烫伤创面,用印度墨汁灌注的方法,透明标本技术以及电镜观察,深入研究了前列腺素抑制剂-布洛芬对深Ⅱ度烫伤创面的影响。结果表明:深Ⅱ度烫伤后随时间延长,创面真皮进行性缺血,创面加深,这与血栓素B2TXB2增高有关,应用布洛芬后,皮肤中(TXB2)有不同程度下降,但无改善创面微循环、阻止真皮缺血的作用。 It is controversial whether the use of prostaglandins could prevent the progressive dermal ischemia of postburn stasis zone and improve healing process of burn wounds.We have evaluated the effects of Ibuprofen on microcirculation of deep patial thickness burn wounds in animal models by the India ink perfusion and skin transparent preparation technique.The results showed that with prolongation of postburn time,progressive dermal ischmia at postburn stasis zone is present,which makes burn wounds deepened.Progressive dermal ischemia after burn was associated with increasing in TXB 2.Although the levels of 6 keto PGF 1α and TXB 2 decreased in skin after administration of Ibuprofen,it is no use to ameliorate microcirculation of burn wounds and to prevent progressive dermal ischemia.Ibuprofen has no beneficial effect on wound healing.(Original article on page 145)
