爆震后不同时间豚鼠耳蜗微循环变化 被引量:4

摘要 应用活体动物微循环的研究方法,观察强脉冲声作用后4小时及48小时豚鼠耳蜗微循环以及听力和组织学变化。发现爆震后4小时耳蜗2、3、4回血管纹毛细血管血流速度下降;爆震后48小时,耳蜗血流除第3回仍缓慢外,其余各回恢复正常。微循环变化与听力改变之间均无明显相关性。提示爆震声引起内耳损伤主要由机械性作用引起,而耳蜗微循环变化可能影响其修复过程。 We examined the changes of the cochlear microcirculation using intravital microscopic techniques at 4 and 48 h after impulse noise exposure and the changes in the brain stem evoked potential and hair cells to assess the relationship between the cochlear blood flow and auditory functions.Four hours after the noise exposure,the blood flow rate significantly decreassed in the 2th,3th and 4th turns of the cochlea,and 48 h after noise exposure,the blood flow rate recovered to the normal level in all but the third turn.There was no significant recovery of threshold shift of the brain stem evoked potential in both experimental groups.The results indicated that the damage of the hair cells was predominantly due to the direct mechanical effect of the impulse noise and the alterations in cochlear blood flow might affect the recovery of the injured hair cells.(Original aritcle on page 92)
