兔肾脏高能冲击波伤后肾组织分层血流变化

摘要 应用氢气清除法测定了兔肾脏高能冲击波(HESW)伤后肾脏组织分层血流的变化。结果发现,伤后2小时致伤侧肾脏血流量明显下降(P<0.001),6小时后皮质血流稍有恢复,12小时皮质层血流完全恢复,而皮髓交界区、髓质层血流24小时仍未见明显恢复,呈持续低灌流状态。对侧肾脏(非致伤侧)内各层血流无明显变化。讨论了肾脏组织血流分层变化发生机制及其与肾脏损伤的关系。 To ascertain the mechanisms of HESW induced renal injury,we measured the regional blood flow in the different layers in rabbit kidneys after exposed to HESW with hydrogen gas clearance.The results showed that renal blood flow decreased significantly at 2 hour in the treated kidneys, the renal blood flow in the cortex returned to normal value at 12 hour,but that in the corticomedullary junction and medulla did not recover at 24 hour after treatment,which was closely related to histopathological features of HESW induced renal injury.In addition,the blood flow in the contralateral kidneys(untreated) had no changes.Our findings indicated that the decreased renal blood flow might play an important role in HESW induced renal injury.(Original article on page 22)
