摘要
通过普通铸造的方法,制备了一系列的自润滑铝基/MoS_2复合材料。借助于能谱分析和显微组织的观察证实了 MoS_2与基体的结合性能较好,MoS_2以 H 型和“卜”字型分布在基体中。在磨损试验中,Al-Si 合金+6%PbSn+低量 MoS_2有优于其他同类复合材料的耐磨性。Al/MoS_2复合材料是一种很有潜力的自润滑耐磨材料。
A series of Al base MoS_2 composites are made by normal cast.EDS and microstructure are observation show that MoS_2 is well integrated into Al and has the shapes of“H”or “卜”in Al.Experiment shows that the wear resistance of Al-Si alloy+6% PbSn+MoS_2 is superior to that of other composites of a kind.
