摘要
我国有牦牛1400多万头,占全国牛只总数的七分之一。是我国主要畜牧资源之一,也是这些地区少数民族赖以生产、生活的主要物质资料。一般5~6岁出栏,出栏率6.1—8.9%,出栏头均活重:母牦牛160—180kg,公牦牛200—250kg,屠宰率45—50%。头均出栏按个论价,一般400—500多元,且产品单一,缺乏深加工,加之流通不畅,商品率只有3.4—7.0%。如何转变这种恶性循环的景况?我们从1991年开始,对甘肃高寒牧区牦牛饲牧与肉用情况进行了抽样调查。在调查的基础上,因地制宜地选点进行了一些效益转化试验,取得了可喜的成效。
Yak is one of the main resource of animal husbandry in our country.It is also the important means of production and livelihood in area of minority nationalities.Owing to the restraint of eco- logical condition and primitive production fashion,the targets of yak production are very poor. Such as the off take rate 6.1—8.90%;average slaughter weight per head,female 160—180kg and male 200—250kg;dressing percentage 45—50%;rate ot commodity only 3.4—7.0%.Since the year 1991,in order to change The condition of vicious circle,we began sampling investigation on yak raising in the arctic—alpine pastoral area of Gansu Province.We also engaged some experi- ments for improving the benefit of yak production and gained some positive results.
