摘要
本文研究的新型激光板形检测方法是利用棒状激光器、CCD成像技术和数字图像处理技术非接触式检测热轧板带钢板形的方法。本文论述了该测量方法的工作原理和所进行的模拟检测试验。测量结果表明,该方法测量热轧板带钢板形结果准确可靠。
A new laser shape profile measurement was discussed in this paper, which is a non-contact hot rolling shape measurement using club laser, CCD imaging technology and digital image processing.Its operating principle and the test result were qiven out here.The measuring was proved right and trustiness.
