摘要
以砂轮磨削螺旋槽为例,阐明了应用UGOPENGRIP设计刀具的过程。建立刀具加工数学模型及编制程序,利用UG模仿加工过程,应用UG分析功能对加工刀具的结构参数进行测量。
The process of cutter by using UG OPEN GRIP is clarified with the example of spiral flute machined by grinding wheel. A mathematical model and the program for manufacturing are established. The manufacturing process is immitated with UG, and the construction parameter of machined cutter is measured by using UG analysis function.
