586例健康者不同部位骨密度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析健康者腰椎、髋部不同部位及桡骨中1/3骨密度(BMD),提供骨质疏松症的早期诊断依据。方法用双能X线吸收法测量研究对象2—4腰椎、左侧股骨颈、Ward’s三角、大转子及桡骨中1/3BMD。结果①女性腰椎、股骨颈、大转子、桡骨中1/3BMD50岁后开始明显下降,Ward’s三角BMD40岁后开始明显下降。②男性腰椎、股骨颈、大转子、桡骨中1/3BMD60岁后开始明显下降,Ward’s三角BMD50岁后开始明显下降。结论男女BMD均随年龄增长而下降,Ward’s三角为骨密度下降最早部位,同一部位男女骨量丢失开始年龄不同。
