摘要
采用硅溶胶、耐碱型苯丙乳液、云母粉、二氧化钛等颜填料制备有机-无机复合型建筑用非透明封闭底漆,以对比测试方法重点对其附着力、耐碱、抗渗透等性能进行验证,同时探讨了乳液、颜填料的选择因素以及硅溶胶对体系的作用和影响。
The title organic-inorganic hybrid primer sealer for construction industry has been prepared using silica sol,alkali resistance emulsion,mica,and etc.The properties,such as adhesion,alkali resistance and impermeability are tested by comparison tests.The influence of emulsion,pigments and fillers,and silica sol on the system is discussed.
