毛细管电泳法测定皮炎宁酊中间苯二酚和水杨酸的含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的:本文建立了毛细管区带电泳法测定皮炎宁酊中间苯二酚和水杨酸含量。方法:确定的实验缓冲溶液是 30 mmol·L-1硼砂溶液,pH为9.43。电泳电压为20 kV,紫外检测波长为214 nm。结果:间苯二酚、水杨酸的线性范围分别为 1.48-11.84 mg·mL-1(r=0.983)及1.29-10.35 mg·mL-1(r=0.993),3个厂家的皮炎宁酊中间苯二酚和水杨酸的含量分别为7.869和5.204 mg·mL-1,3.901和1.699 mg·mL-1,1.896和0.515 mg·mL-1。结论:采用碱性缓冲溶液使间苯二酚、水杨酸和苯酚完全分开,谱峰尖锐,成功地测定了皮炎宁酊中间苯二酚和水杨酸的含量。本法简便、快速、准确。 Objective:A new method for the simultaneous determination of resorcinol and salicylic acid in Piyanning tincture by capillary zone electrophoresis had been proposed. Methods:The operating buffer condition was 30 mmol·L-1 disodium tetraborate (pH=9.43).The voltage was 20 kV. The UV detection wavelength was 214 nm. Results:The linear ranges of the method were 1.48-11.84 mg·mL-1(r=0.983) for resorcinol and 1.29-10.35mg·mL-1(r=0.993) for salicylic acid. The contents of resorcinol and salicylic acid in three piyanning tinctures were 7.869 and 5.204 mg·mL-1,3.901 and 1.699 mg·mL-1, 1.896 and 0.515 mg·mL-1. Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate. It had been successfully used for the determination of resorcinol and salicylic acid in Piyanning tincture.
