摘要
介绍了点线啮合齿轮的基本理论,分析了其传动的参数选择和几何尺寸,通过实验验证和工程应用,发现点线啮合齿轮传动与常规的渐开线齿轮传动相比,具有跑和性能好、磨损小、效率高、噪声低、承载能力大、强度高、寿命长等一系列优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Point-line meshing gear is a new type of meshing transmission gear.Through several years' research and study,it has formed a set of maturity theory system of meshing transmission and design computation.And successful application has been gotten in engineering practice.Comparing with normal involute gear transmission,point-line meshing gear transmission has a serial of advantages: good meshing capability,small abrasion,high efficiency,low noise,great carrying capacity,high intension,long life etc.The further developing and application will promote the development of the world gear career.
