摘要
本研究运用细胞化学技术,对10例正常月经妇女和10例月经先期患者舌粘膜上皮细胞的LDH、MDH、G-6-PDH三项指标,在月经周期不同时相中动态变化规律进行了对比研究。发现正常妇女舌苔脱落细胞三种酶的活性从月经期至排卵期逐渐升高,排卵期达最高峰后逐渐下降,于月经期达最低值;月经先期患者舌苔细胞LDH、G-6-PDH的活性月经期后逐渐下降,排卵期达高峰,排卵后稍下降,经前期又有回升趋势,而MDH在月经期活性最高,排卵期达最低值等特殊曲线变化。通过对比研究,从亚细胞分子水平证实了舌苔与机体这一整体密切相关、同步变化的规律,也为月经先期临床舌诊的微观化、客观化提供了依据。
The article studied the dynamic change rules of LDH, MDH and G -6 -PDH in periglottis cells of tongues in differente phase of sexual Cycle by ?observing 10'polymenorrhea patients and 10 normal individuals. The results showed that the activities of three encymes increased gradually from menstrua] period to ovulatory period, then gradually dropped to the lowest point from the top of ovulatory period to the menstrual period.
The research proved the rule from subcellular level that the furs connected closely with the bodies and provided theoretical base for our study of
microcosmic and objectiveness of polymenorrhea patient's tongue diagnose.
