摘要
目的:了解大肠埃希菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性及不同标本中大肠埃希菌的耐药性差异,为临床选择抗菌药物提供依据.方法:用VITEK32型全自动细菌分析系统对我院2002年元月至2004年7月临床分离的263株大肠埃希菌进行鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B法,判断标准按NCCLS2000年版进行.结果:大肠埃希菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和亚胺培南的耐药率分别为2.3%和0;对头孢3代和4代抗生素、头霉素类、氨曲南、阿米卡星、呋喃妥因、哌拉西林/三唑巴坦的耐药率为8.7%~21.3%;对青霉素类、喹诺酮类、磺胺类的耐药率为61.6%~83.3%;痰标本中大肠埃希菌的耐药率明显高于血液和尿液及其他标本的分离株.结论:大肠埃希菌对青霉素类、喹诺酮类、磺胺类的耐药性较高;对头孢3代和4代抗生素、头霉素类、氨曲南、阿米卡星、呋喃妥因和哌拉西林/三唑巴坦的耐药性较低;目前对亚胺培南和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦敏感;不同标本中大肠埃希菌对同种抗菌药物的耐药性存在着差异.
Objective:To understand drug tolerance of escherichina coli in common antibacterial drugs and the difference of drug tolerance in different samples,and to select drugs for clinical reference.Methods:WT263 clinical separate strains escherichia coli and drug tolerance in our hospital from Jan 2002 to July 2004 were identified and detected.Drug sensitive experiment was performed by (K-B) method ,distinguished standard according to NCCLS 2000.Results:WTDrug tolerant rate of escherichia coli in cefoperazone/sulbactam and imipenem were 2.3% and 0.In cephaloglycin,cephalexin,Cephamycin,aztreonam,amikacin,nitrofurantoin and piperacillim were 8.7%-21.3%; In penicillins,Quinovic-ketone sulfonamides were 61.6%-83.3%; Drug tolerant rate of escherichia coli in sputum was higher than in blood,urine and other samples separate strains.Conclusion:Escherichia coli has a higher drug tolerant rate in penicillins,quinovic-ketone,sulfonamides but lower in cephaloglycin cephalexin,cephamycin,aztreonam,Amikacin,Nitrofurantoin and piperacillin.At present,It is sensitive to imipenem and cefoperazone/suibactam;The drug tolerant rate exists difference in different samples in same antibacteral drugs.
