摘要
直接以浓乳液聚合浇铸制备了一种新型有机硅类渗透蒸发分离膜。将单体混合物滴入连续相中配制成浓乳液进行预聚,接着将后续单体、引发剂以及交联剂加入,最后将之涂覆在玻璃板之间聚合成膜。用光学和电子显微镜观察了浓乳液和膜的微观形态结构,并对从水中脱除乙醇的分离特性进行了表征。考察了乙醇浓度、膜材料组成与分离性能之间的关系,发现在一定组成变化范围内,通量和选择性可同时增加。
Concentrated emulsion polymerization method was employed to prepare a novel pervaporation membrane in this paper. A mixture of hydrophobic monomers was introduced dropwise into a continuous hydrophilic phase. The concentrated emulsion was partially polymerized, after which a mixture of another hydrophobic monomer, crosslinking agent and initiator was introduced into the system. The gel thus obtained was coated between the glass plates and subjected to polymerization. The morphology of the concentrated emulsion and membrane was examined via optical and electron microscope. The pervaporation performance of the membrane in the extraction of ethanol from ethanol/water mixtures was investigated. The results show that the flux and selectivity are simultaneously increased.
