摘要
通过硅氢加成反应合成了一种新型1,2-双(三甲氧基硅基)乙烷。以此为交联剂,与107硅橡胶、填料、乙炔炭黑、催化剂配混,制得双组分脱醇型室温硫化导电硅橡胶。通过正交实验设计法对硅橡胶的导电性及综合性能进行了研究。结果表明,较佳的配方是:在100份107硅橡胶中,填加75份乙炔炭黑,5.0份气相法白炭黑,2.0份新型交联剂,2.0份结构化控制剂。
A new 1,2-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide was synthesized by hydrosilylation. The two-component dealkoxy room temperature vulcanization (RTV) conductive silicone rubber was prepared by using 1,2-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide as crosslinking agent, 107 silicone rubber, carbonize-acetylene, fillers and catalyst as raw materials. The conductivity and combination property of the silicone rubber were studied by orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the receipt was adding 75 portions carbonize-acetylene, 5.0 portions fumed silica, 2.0 portions new cross-linking agents and 2.0 portions structurized control agent in 100 portions 107 silicone rubber.
