摘要
针对16MnR钢制压力容器筒体纵焊缝自动埋弧焊时焊缝终端易形成裂纹的问题,分析其产生原因,并采用改进熄弧板等措施,焊接实验表明防止裂纹的措施效果较好。
The crack is often formed at the termination of longitudinal seam while the 16MnR steel pressure vessel's body is welded by auto-submerged arc welding(SAW). This article analyses the causes of the crack and provides the preventive measures such as improving arc blow-out plate. The welding trial results show that the preventive measures of crack are satisfactory.
