摘要
组织公正是指导企业人力资源管理、衡量企业经营管理水平、体现企业竞争力的一个重要因素。对组织公正理论进行了系统的分析与研究,并进一步探讨了组织公正理论在实际应用中应注意的问题。
The organizational justice is an important factor of guiding the human resource management of enterprise, weighting the level of enterprise's operation and management, and externalizing the competitive power of enterprise. This paper makes systematical analysis and research on the Theory of Organizational Justice, and further probes into some matters needing attention in the actual application of the Theory of Organizational Justice.
