摘要
地方传统文化不仅是一种重要的文化资源,同时还对技术转移存在极大的促进作用或阻碍技术转移的进一步实施与实现。西部大开发必须进行必要的技术转移。由于甘肃河西文化的滞后性和封闭性,使西部开发中技术转移与其传统文化产生了摩擦。超越传统文化,不断创新,营造先进的文化环境,为技术转移培育强劲的文化内动力,是消除技术转移与传统文化摩擦的有效措施。
Traditional culture is the important culture source. In addition,it encourages technology transfer. Sometime,traditional culture impedes the further implementation and practice of technology transfer. The lag and obstruction of Hexi culture of Gansu province causes the conflict between traditional culture and technology transfer of Western Development.It is hecessary to implement technology transfer during the wenster Development.It is required to surpass traditional culture,keep on innovation,create an advanced culture background,and foster a powerful cultural internal motive for technology transfer. It is an effective way to eliminate the conflict between technology transfer and traditional culture.
