摘要
对用POCl3制备玉米淀粉磷酸酯进行了研究.实验结果表明:反应条件对产物交联度有不同程度的影响,其中POCl3用量和反应温度的影响最大.玉米原淀粉在碱性条件下,用POCl3处理,主要产物为淀粉磷酸二酯.
The preparation of corn starch phosphate ester with POCl3(0.002%~0.01%) at five levels was stud- ied. The results showed that reaction condition, especially the dose and temperature, have different effects onK (degree of cross-linking) of the products. The main product is diphosphate ester when corn starch is prepared by POCl3under alkaline condition.
