国产米诺环素对124株表皮葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性研究

摘要 目的评价国产米诺环素对耐甲氧西林的表皮葡萄球菌(methicillinresistentStaphylococcusepidermidis,MRSE)和甲氧西林敏感的表皮葡萄球菌(methicillinsensitiveStaphylococcusepidermidis,MSSE)的体外抗菌活性。方法用二倍琼脂稀释法测定43株MRSE和81株MSSE临床菌株的最低抑菌浓度,并与惠产米诺环素进行比较。结果国产米诺环素对81株MSSE和43株MRSE的最低抑菌浓度90分别为1和2mg/L。结论国产米诺环素对81株MSSE和43株MRSE的抑菌效果均较好,其敏感率均为100%。 ObjectiveIn order to evaluate the antibacterial activity of domestic Minocycline against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis(MRSE) and methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus epidermidis(MSSE). MethodsThe antibacterial activity of domestic Minocycline and Minocycline(Wyeth-Whitehall) against MRSE(43 strains) and MSSE(81 strains) was comparatively studied used by agar dilution method. ResultsThe antibacterial efficiency of Minocycline against 43 strains of MRSE, and 81 strains of MSSE was good, and the MIC90 of that against MRSE and MSSE were 2 and 1 mg/L respectively. ConclusionThe antibacterial efficiency of domestic Minocycline against MRSE (43 strains),and MSSE(81 strains) is good. The sensitive ratio of MRSE and MSSE to domestic Minocycline were 100 %.
