摘要 以乙基乙烯苯-二乙烯苯聚合物为基球,接枝羧酸基团合成制备了一种新型弱阳离子色谱柱填料.以硫酸作为淋洗液,用一价阳离子和低分子量有机胺对用该填料制成的色谱柱的色谱性能进行了测试,结果表明该柱填料对常见一价阳离子、铵和某些低分子量胺具有较好的分离效果、良好的重现性和低的检测限. A new chromatographic stationary phase of monodispersed pellicular cation exchanger was prepared. Monodispersed macroporous poly(ethlenevinylbenzene-co-divinylbenezene) beads of 6—8 μm diameter were prepared by a two-step swelling and polymerization method. Then carboxyl groups were introduced by polymerization of maleic anhydride with unreacted vinyl groups on the resin beads. The columns containing the new particles are 100% compatible with solvents commonly used for HPLC and can be used in a wide range of pH. Amines are used widely in chemical industry. The amounts of ammonium salts and trimethylamine are used to estimate the freshness of food. So it is important to detect amines in chemical and food industries. In this paper, the column packed with these carboxylate beads was used to separate monovalence metals, ammoniumion, and low-molecular weight amines in a single isocratic run by using sulfuric acid as eluent. The results showed the chromatographic stationary phase provided preferable resolution, low detection limit and good repeatability for these analyses. It's hoped that this new type of column can be used in practical sample detection.
