摘要
准确的洪水预报是合理调度洪水的科学依据,然而由于受人类活动的影响,流域产汇流规律发生了较大变化,洪水预报工作难度愈来愈大。结合实际工作经验和体会,提出了在实际工作中做好洪水作业预报应注意的问题。
The flood forecast is the prerequisite of the flood control. In the past, the hydrologic forecast had played significant role in flood prevention. Owing to the influence of mankind's activities, the pattern of runoff and confluence in river basin has greatly changed,causing more difficult in flood forecast work Hence raising forecast accuracy becomes the key issue in flood forecast. The paper analyzes the main elements of affecting forecast accuracy,and the problems ought to pay attention in the work.
